Hi All
I want to let everyone know that with this release of glFusion we now can attach files to a forum post. The files can be photo's and there is a great way to display them in the post. I will discribe how to do this in this forum post.
First browse and find the photo's you want to add to the post. Use the browse button ( You have a max of 5) on each photo you add.
Next, to display the photo in the post pick where you want the photo and use this code.
PHP Formatted Code [file lightbox]1[/file]
or
[file]1[/file]
There is a File button above to help with this. The number is the number of the attachment. I will demo with two photo's attached to this post.

This photo does not use the lightbox option so when you click on it will show full size in a new window.

This photo used the lightbox option so when you click on it, it will open in a lightbox.
Try it, this is a very nice feature of the new system.

You are going to have to take me by the hand as well and lead me
through the gates. What browse button and where do the pics go?

Find a photo on your computer you want to display in a post. At the bottom of the window to post a reply or start a new thread is a section called Attachments. Use the first browse button there and point to your photo on your computer. Then in the post itself enter this code:
PHP Formatted Code [file lightbox]1[/file]
The number is the number of the file you uploaded. So if you upload a second photo as well the code would be:
PHP Formatted Code [file lightbox]2[/file]
As Mark would say - clear as mud.
Try it it works nice.

Now where abouts in plain sight did they hide that attachments button?
For the life of me I don't see it.

When you post a reply look below the Smilies and tell me what it says. I do believe it is "ATTACHMENTS". To the right are the browse buttons I am talking about. I just went onto your site and you have it set to 6 attachments, I have it set to 5.

Below the smilies I see "options" "submit"
Under the message box I see "Notify me of replies" and
"html mode"..Still no attachments.
I now see it on my site but not yours
Checked with both Firefox and internet explorer.
